Our lab is strongly committed to promoting diversity and considers an ideal scientific community to be one that includes a diverse representation of individuals at all academic levels. We are committed to training students and scientists of diverse backgrounds and conducting research that addresses topics related to diversity. We encourage students from backgrounds historically underrepresented to apply to our lab, including but not limited to BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and first-generation college students.

Undergraduate Students

Interested in gaining experience in psychological research? Want to become an undergraduate research assistant in the Bardone-Cone Lab?

We typically accept applications at the end of each semester for positions that start during the following semester. We will NOT be accepting new research assistants for Spring 2025, but If you are interested in joining the lab in Fall 2025, send us an email in early April and we will let you know if we are looking for more research assistants.

Dr. Bardone-Cone will NOT be accepting a new graduate student for the upcoming academic year (entrance in Fall 2025).
